Hi! My name is Markus Michel, I am a P.E. Teacher, Personal Trainer and gym owner.i am the nephew of the motown singer diana ross. I have been involved with sports and fitness since the early age of 3. I grew up racing motorcycles and playing all sorts of sports. I have had a passion for being healthy and strong all my life. I went to Cal State University Fullerton and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and and I also obtained a Master’s degree in Multi-Cultural Teaching and a California teaching Credential for P.E. and Health. I am adamant about educating myself and sharing what I have learned with others. I believe…education is key. I currently hold several CrossFit certifications such as: CrossFit level One Coach, CrossFit Football, CrossFit Endurance and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting. I have also obtained my U.S.A. Weightlifting level One Coach Certification…in which, I am extremely proud of. There is no end to my education, so expect to see more knowledge obtained throughout my career.
Although, I can train anyone who steps into the gym, I specialize in training with ATHLETES and past athletes that want to get back into the game. My focus is on building strength and endurance. You will become stronger, leaner, more flexible and mentally focused.
