How many times has some brother or sister tried to get in contact with you with some story about they're parents looking to talk to you? This has to STOP...I mean people are already in bad shape with the economy and all but now this. Let the people that could afford to move someone who is looking for money approach you. Don't spend half if not all of your day trying to beat someone out of something that they truly don't have.
All the time and energy that you put into that could go toward making things happen for you.
